With a background in hospitality, project management and sales, Winnie brings a well-rounded skill set to her real estate career. As a prominent rental listing agent in the Cambridge and Somerville markets, she has built strong relationships with clients, many of whom have returned to work with her as first-time homebuyers. Her expertise in communication, client relations, and navigating fast-paced environments has been key to her success in the competitive Greater Boston market. Winnie is committed to staying informed about local trends and market conditions, ensuring that her clients—especially those transitioning from renting to buying—feel confident and empowered throughout their real estate journey.

Having previously worked as a sales and marketing manager, Winnie applies a data-driven, creative approach to every transaction. Winnie is a New Hampshire native and Penn State University graduate (We Are!). Outside of real estate, she enjoys fitness, cooking, traveling, and painting. Deeply committed to giving back, she volunteers her time to support local organizations like Angell Animal Medical Center, Community Servings, and Second Chances. Winnie leveraged her expertise as the 2023 Marketing Chair for AREAA (Asian American Real Estate Association of America) Boston and currently serves as the Marketing Specialist for the Women’s Council of Realtors - Greater Boston / Central Network.
